A Structured, Government-Approved Investment
One True Blue Beach Hotel is owned and operated by Golden Coast Limited, a Grenada-incorporated Special Purpose Vehicle. Equity shares represent a direct stake in the hotel, entitling shareholders to a proportionate share of net operating income, distributed annually once the hotel is operational. Shares are non-voting.
The mandatory holding period is 5 years, after which the share can be resold to another citizenship investor.
